Restoration
Great news the work has been completed and all the scaffolding has been taken down. The Church is now back in full use.
The photos below show the work undertaken.
First photo shows one of the four steels that will be fitted to truss ends. The top of the T will rest on the side wall and the thick part will be bolted to the truss.
Second photo shows a truss end to which the steel will be bolted.
Third photo shows the bell cote which has had to be propped to enable the truss to be exposed
Fourth photo shows replaced coping stone.
